LIABILITY RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE
Please read carefully

	I understand and accept that sandbags that I purchase from Natureâs Helper, Inc., d/b/a SandbagsToGo.com (hereinafter referred to as ãSandbagsToGo.comä) may not prevent injuries or damage caused by flood.  I also understand and accept that sandbag barriers installed by SandbagsToGo.com may not prevent injuries or damages caused by flooding and that injuries may result from collapse of a sandbag barrier.  I also understand and accept that SandbagsToGo.com has no responsibility to retrieve or arrange for the retrieval of sandbags and accept that sandbags cannot be returned for any reason.  

	Consequently, I RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE TO INDEMNIFY SandbagsToGo.com and its owners, employees and agents from any and all liability for personal injury including death and property damage resulting from SandbagsToGo.comâs negligence or otherwise, including but not limited to: (1) personal injury or property damage caused by flooding that is not prevented or mitigated because of collapse of a sandbag barrier, improper installation of a sandbag barrier, or inadequate height of sandbag barrier; and/or (2) personal injury or property damage caused by collapse of all or part of a sandbag barrier.  I also promise not to bring a claim against or sue SandbagsToGo.com or its owners, employees or agents for injury, death or property damage that may occur as a result of flooding or collapse of the sandbag barrier.  

I HAVE RECEIVED A COPY OF THE FOREGOING, AND I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND ACCEPTED THE CONDITIONS OF THE LIABILITY RELEASE AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE.
