Straw Wattles

Straw wattles are 8” x 25' tubes of straw fiber encased in netting. This product is ideal for controlling sediment loss due to erosion as well as reducing water velocity on slopes, protecting ponds and streams from storm water run off. Our wattles are made from weed-free straw and are biodegradable. Skilled labor is required for installation.

Applications include:

• Break up slope length
• Reduce overland flow
• Minimize erosion
• Straw wattles require stakes at 5' intervals
• Each wattle requires five stakes
